A Week (or 2) of firsts!

Life is certainly chugging along at an alarming rate.  Yet another week has passed with nary a blog post, and the kids have been experiencing many life firsts.
Hudson had his first appointment with the allergist, who confirmed what we already knew; Hudson is allergic to all nuts, dogs, grass, tree and dust mites.  I'll spare you the picture of the horrible results of his skin test, but he looked like he'd been through a war zone.  I'm so glad that is over.  We are now armed and ready with an epipen.
In happier news, the kids went to their first Buckeye Tailgate!  They had a blast, and we were very lucky to get a great parking spot by an awesome climbing tree.  We danced, we sang, we cheered...a good time was had by all!

They were also allowed to walk around the zoo without being buckled into the wagon!  It's definitely very challenging, but they are much happier to be out and about.

Look out for that shark!

Sloane on the S and Hudson on the H.  They aren't OCD or anything.

Snacks are a must
And most importantly, our first school field trip!  The kids fed goats, picked pumpkins and merriment ensued!

Good choice, Huddy!

Finally, for the first time, I'm struggling with being able to keep up with the blog.  Between school, work and life, I'm having a hard time getting everything done.  If preschool is a tiny glimpse of school days to come, it seems that life will only continue to get busier and busier.

The 3 musketeers say happy fall!
