In Preparation

It will come to the surprise of absolutely no one ever that Cal and I are planners. As we prepare for the arrival of the three new members of the family, one of the very important items we are needing to plan is the first glass of wine I will have. As I'm sure you know; this is a very important decision to make. While looking through our collection, I found the perfect bottle. 
Uncle Pat and Aunt Jackie, in a bizarrely perfect foreshadowing event, gave me the below bottle of wine for my 30th birthday.   As we waited for a special occasion to open this bad boy up, the only one that felt worthy of it was, ironically one that would not allow it! So it's been aging for close to a year. Soon we will have the perfect reason to enjoy it (3 perfect reasons actually). It's so nice to check things off the list!

In other planning news, and with regards to a special holiday that is around the corner (Happy Mother's Day!!), I recently learned some very important information that will certainly help me as I prepare for motherhood.  Kid President gives me some solid pointers on the dos and don'ts of being a Mom.  Enjoy.
