Happy Groundhog Day!

Punxsutawney Phil!
If I had dollar every time the kids yelled that the last two days, I'd be rich.  They are way into Groundhog Day this year.  I haven't yet told them that the first year of their lives was like 365 days of Groundhog Day (the movie) but less funny.
Speaking of un-funny, Sloane missed her first day of school last week due to a yucky stomach bug.  Poor thing spent the entire weekend down for the count.  She was weak and couldn't eat, but I'm happy to report that by late Sunday night she had rebounded back to the Crazy Sloanie girl we are used to.
And speaking of repetition, I was given the instructions for their class Valentine's Day celebration.  You know it's bad when the teacher publicly apologizes to you before explaining that each student is to bring 16 Valentines to school and write their names on each one.  I think we are going to start on this project tonight.  We may still not be done by February 14th.

Bed head to the max

The kids have been loving taking pictures of each other.  Here's Space Ranger Hudson

We recently checked out a salt spa.  It's a room where the kids can play while salt air is pumped into the room.  It's called Halotherapy and it's supposed to be great for kids with asthma and allergies.  I have no idea if it works, but the kids had a blast playing in the salt box.

That is pink Himalayan salt, not sand!
