Lucky (and not so much) Charms

Hey Huddy- why is everyone going cuckoo bananas crazy?

Oh. Thanks. Got it.

Lets all go out and howl at it.  Maybe we will scare it off.

Ok, so now we are adding daylight savings to the full moon.

Excellent.  Time to steer into the skid.  Let's go to the indoor pool and have a blast.

Haha! We win!
Mother Nature and outdated, unnecessary chronological practices-0
Solacks-1.
We shall endure and conquer! Until Monday when we remember that we are no force against the evil that is gravitational pull and time change and we go back to Crazyville, population: 3.

boo.

Good thing we have the luck of the Irish on our side this week, and the kiddos have bounced back pretty well.  The lads and lass are very excited for the St. Patrick's Day parade this weekend, and have been practicing jigs and saying "Top O' the Mornin' to Ya!" all week.  They are experts on all things St. Patrick (well, the G-rated parts😉 )  and we've been taking care of our very own shamrock plant.  Now, if everyone could please say a little prayer that the rain holds off for the parade, that would be great.  I don't think the trio will survive if the parade is cancelled.
This is a picture Sloane drew of "A Leprechaun in a house"
In addition to full moons, daylight savings time, and St. Patricks Day, we've also been dealing with Winter's return.  While we were spared the wrath of the crazy snow storm that pummeled the east coast (hope you guys didn't get hit too hard, Colleen!)  it's been way too cold to go out and play.  It seems we are paying the price of enjoying 70 degree weather in February.
We've had to find our fun indoors.  We've used dry erase markers to draw on the windows...

Dylan, in his blue period.
Sloane is getting really good at writing her name!  Her picture is the Easter Bunny, and an egg.
We played "erase the alphabet".

We played doctor...with kitchen utensils...then sanitized them before using them in the kitchen again.
Dr. Hudson is very concerned..."Ladle, STAT!".  Dr. Sloane is busy fixing my broken foot with tongs,
and I've no idea what Dr. Dylan is doing.

Finally, since I put a picture of him crying, here is a picture of Dylan in his normal state, happy as can be!
Dimples and all!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!
