Erin went in to have her final doctor appointment yesterday before our June 24th scheduled birth.......but our crew had plans of their own. At 10am I got a text from Erin saying to call her and that's when I knew. Sure thing the triplets would share a birthday with their Aunt Lara.
By noon we were all setup at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Nice gear huh?
By 4:12pm Dylan Nash joined us at a whooping 5lbs 15ounces 19 inches. Shortly after this he went to the NICU to get some support for his little lungs.
Dylan's little brother Hudson Pierce joined him at 4:13pm and weighed 4lbs 12ounces 18 inches.
Finally the boy's little sister Sloane Monroe came within the same minute as Hudson (4:13pm). Her weight was 5lbs 7ounces 18 inches.
This is our first look into our little princess's eyes. She just melted our hearts from the start and I'm definitely in trouble.
Hudson and Sloane have never been apart (even in their sleeping quarters).
All of this craziness put old Silly Papa in a wheelchair. (He's fine by the way)
Grandparents pictures with Hudson and Sloane.
Then their first visitors from new friends Aunt Coll and Aunt Addie.
The latest plan will be that Dylan will be out of the NICU today (Friday). He's completely off of the breathing support and no longer needing an IV for keeping his sugar levels up. Hudson and Sloane are maintaining their weights. Erin had a rough night, but as of this morning has really turned it around. I am so grateful that everyone is doing so well and we have so many great people all over supporting us. Thank you for all of your prayers, wishes, calls, gifts, and visits. The doctor let us know this morning that Erin will be released on Sunday and we will be ready to meet the world.
