3 Ps in a Pod

My 3 peas have been exhibiting 3 Personality traits these days.  As they develop mentally, socially, and physically these traits are highlighted in almost everything they do.  Dylan, Hudson and Sloane have earned the new nicknames of Power, Precision and Persistence these days.
Dylan does absolutely everything full tilt, and dear Lord he is strong! The best way to describe him is that he is a German Shepherd who thinks he is a lap dog.  He truly doesn't know his strength, and plays so very hard.  He loves playing with Hudson and Sloane, but we have to make sure we are close by as playing can quickly turn to "tackle and smash".  Luckily, his siblings think it's pretty funny.  He is very good at the physical stuff like crawling, standing, climbing, etc.  His gross motor skills are off the charts.
Hudson is more precise with his movements.  He is excellent with fine motor skills, and moves with intention.  I'm amazed with how easily he picked up the finger foods and his pincer grasp is pretty advanced for his age.  I love to watch his little gears turn when he plays.  Some of his favorite activities include putting the blocks in a bucket, placing the rings on the stacking toy, and making noise by banging different items on his highchair tray or strumming them on the wall vent.  He is so attentive to his surroundings and loves mimicking faces that are made at him.
Sloane is quite the determined little one.  If at first she doesn't succeed she will try, try again.  Though usually it only takes one more try.  This little monkey is a climbing fool and can deftly maneuver up any furniture, toy, or adult.  It has been so fun watching her crawl up to an item, size it up, make a plan to reach the top and follow through.  Twice, I've seen her fail to be able to climb up a toy, come back to it later and find success.
I can't put into words how much fun it is to watch their personalities develop and how different those personalities are.  I can't quite understand how 3 little ones from the same two people can be so vastly different.  I'm so excited to see how they grow.

36 weeks old today, and sitting still for a picture is no more.
Shot Gun! Hudson is driving!

Hudson is apparently the designated driver. And he is picking up a pretty cute hitch hiker!

Smilin' Dyl

Life couldn't get any better for Dyl right now; under the end table, no pants, chewing a book.

Those dimples!  Also, notice the big goose egg on his forehead...
I think we are seeing just the beginning of those.

Inmate number 1

Trying to make the great escape
What a doll

I swear he plays with other toys...

Watching the snow fall from inside the play room.

Loving that handsome face!
