10- This giant book. They like to start the day with a little light reading, and chewing. The contents must be fascinating, as well as delicious. There is actually a corner of one page missing, and has yet to turn up in a diaper, so we got that going for us. Mmmmmm, fiber.

9- The power cord for the computer, which also must be tasty. This might as well be a baby magnet, Dylan can get from the opposite side of the living room to this thing faster than me. Which is super safe.

8- A common one, I believe; the remote. They even have a toy remote that looks strikingly similar, and makes much more fun noises, yet they still prefer the real deal.

7- This very nice clock. Shiny, sharp...what's not to love?

6- The glass vase and lantern. They could not have picked a more dangerous item to want to play with. I'm constantly redirecting them. They are smart though, they remember where it is and that it is much more fun than the 55 other actual toys they have.

5- We've mentioned it before, however I'd be remiss to leave it off the list; Tags. How much fun does this ball look? Know what's better? The tag.

3- The camera. I can't quite figure this one out. It's not shiny, does not make noise or light up...but boy do they want it bad. Sloane is a fiend for this guy, she can find it wherever I hide it.

2- The contents of this bad boy. Everything from the diapers to the aspirator. This one I've actually given up on. Knock yourself out, Hudson, have a blast playing with the wipe box. I've chosen not to fight this battle.

Again, I'm befuddled by the novelty here, but these kiddos love it. They'd be happy as clams if I let them chew on it all day long. Gross.
In other news, story time has become a nice ritual for us and the kids really do enjoy it. However, it appears that we've brought home some germs. The kids all woke up with runny noses and red eyes this morning. Again, I'm optimistic that it is a sign of teething, I'm so ready to get this hurdle behind us.
Speaking of mornings, we've improved to 6am the last few days! It's a little victory that feels like a big one. We've had some success dropping the 3rd nap and the kids are getting better at staying awake close to 3 hours between naps. We are still working the kinks out and still have some night wakings, but are definitely experiencing some progress. Keep sending that positivity that we continue to move in the right direction.
Getting bigger and better every week!
