...do do do do
It seems like we are maybe done with Winter, and we've been able to get outside 3 days in a row this week! It's good for everyone to get some fresh air and vitamin D. We've been out for walks as well as just sitting on a blanket in the front yard, greeting all the passersby.
In the midst of a busy week of birthday party planning, small home remodeling project planning and just general life, I was lucky enough to find time to socialize with a fellow mother of triplets. I cannot put into words how delightful and refreshing it was to meet up and chat with someone who "gets it". As it turns out, her babies are just 7 days older than our 3, so we were able to compare lots of notes! It could have been the conversation, the commiseration, or the wine, but I left feeling refreshed, recharged and encouraged that I'm doing something right!
The kids seem to be growing by leaps and bounds daily. Everyday brings a new skill they've learned or a new pair of pants they've outgrown. They are busy little bees, and as I've been informed, there is no doubt that the apple(s) has not fallen far. Changing diapers and clothes is a workout both physically and mentally. It's like changing 3 octopi. I never in my life thought that getting Dyl dressed for the day would cause me to need my inhaler and be sore the next day.
Sloane is waving hello and starting to dance when she hears music. She's been busy trying to stand up unassisted, and can only succeed when she is naked, so that's totally normal.

Oh... and tree climbing.

Hmm...this leaf look interesting

Looks tasty
|
Nope...not tasty
Hudson continues to entertain us with his musical prowess. He is constantly pounding out a tune using blocks, or just clapping his hands. He is getting very daring at furniture cruising and is going through his crib standing phase.

Undoubtedly laughing at Dylan

Here, Hudson is squealing with happiness
Dylan, or White Fang as he has become known, has grown a third tooth. The location of this one is his upper canine tooth, causing him to closely resemble a vampire. We are hoping that the front teeth aren't far behind.

Mom, this doesn't look like our carpet...what is this stuff?

Happy Dylie!

"Show me fierce!"
42 weeks and enjoying the sunshine!
