15 Month Check Ups

I've finally given up on trying to take all three kiddos to the doc at one time.  We did it a little differently, and each had their own appointment this time around.  While it made for a busy week, it was so much nicer this way.  I actually heard what the doctor was saying, and I didn't even have to chase anyone down the hallway this time.
Dylan was up first, and we hit a new milestone I didn't even know existed...He was weighed on the big kid, stand up scale! No more lay down, baby scales for us!  Once he got up there he weighed in at 30 pounds exactly.  When they measured his height, they thought there must have been a mistake (he couldn't be that tall!).  It turns out that it was correct, he is 34 inches tall.  In the 96th percentile for weight and 98th for height.  He is a perfectly healthy, giant boy.  This week he mastered going down the stairs, finally!  Now he won't get off of them.
Hudson went second and checked in at 24 pounds on the big kid scale.  He is 31 inches tall and is in the 45th percentile for both.  He also checked out perfectly healthy!  He has started saying dog, duck, up and down.
Sloane was last and she weighed 22 pounds and is 31 inches tall.  She's in the 80th percentile for height and 40th for weight.  She continues to be a little peanut.  They doc was happy with how her surgery site is healing and she received a clean bill of health!  Sloane's been busy acquiring more and more words, but her most favorite thing to do these days in something we've dubbed "the creep".  She squats down and tucks her arms to her side, hands by her armpits and chases everyone around the house.  Sounds a little strange (it is), but I can't get a video of it.
Enjoy these pics instead!

Just sitting here, under the table, playing with this sock.

It got a little cold recently!

You can't see it, but that sign Dyl is holding says "Do Not Touch"

Let's play a little game of "Guess what happened next!"  If you guessed Nuclear Meltdown, you win!

Seriously, this kid is so handsome.

Just hanging out

"Found this big stick.  I'm just gonna hang out right here with it."

Happy Boy!
Doing what we do best; Play on the steps.
