2013: a year in review

What a difference a year makes. This time last year we were thinking about our unborn little ones, wondering if they might be boys or girls, who they might look like, when exactly they might be here, will they be healthy, what will we name them, and a million other little things.  As we drove home from a NYE party at 10pm (which was amazing I lasted that long anyway) we had absolutely no idea just how drastically our lives would change in 2013.  Last year we loved, cried, stayed awake, whispered, rocked, shrugged our shoulders in confusion, sang, danced, and shushed more than anyone could imagine. Though it's been full of ups and downs we've loved every minute (ok, maybe not the 3am minutes as much) and look back at 2013 with grateful hearts and peaceful minds. I can't say whether or not there's someone up above pulling all the strings, but 2013 made me a true believer in "Everything happens for a reason".  We couldn't imagine life without our three little miracles.
